To reduce the Violence Against women, to ensure child rights and to ensure Human Rights Moreover final goal is to achieve the Millennium Development Goal by planned activities

Grass roots level opportunities less women are the main target group besides this child and all the peoples of both Upazilla (Sitakund & Mirsharai)
Major Activities
- Diagnostic Workshop to find out the all Human Rights situation in both Areas
- Human Rights and Women Rights Coalition formation for observe and work as a pressure group to ensure human rights
- Training about Human Rights (HRC, WRC), Orientation Workshop with Government officers about human Rights to be more responsible of their duties
- Training on grassroots women on human rights & women rights
- Citizen Dialogue, Advocacy with Government Officer about Specific problem
- Mobilization program (rally, Human chin, public hearing, memorandum, etc
- Process documentation
- Reporting about Human Rights Violation by local journalist
- Publication. (Print and digital)
