1) Location:

  Chittagong division in four districts(Chittagong ,Rangamati , Feni & comilla) 17 Upzilla / thana , 80 Union,/pouroshava,  412 Village/ ward under the  Chittagong, Rangamati, Feni ,&  Comilla Districts.  

2) Goal:  

To achieve capital accumulation and its maximum utilization, as well as provide and arrange capital for entrepreneurs.

3) Justification: 

Marginalized peoples must be given the opportunity to establish themselves as respectable entrepreneurs in their field.
