Overview
REFLECT is an innovative participatory approach of adult learning, empowerment & social change. REFLECT enables people to plan their development activities based on local reality & get involved in life oriented actions through attainment of empowering skills. As a process of constant development of REFLECT, actionaid Bangladesh planned to integrate ICTs into the REFLECT implementation process. ICT4D Unit is doing a pilot study of locally relevant REFLECT & ICT model & is going to implement 4 experimental REFLECT & ICT Circle.
Future Plans
Set up & begin 4 new REFLECT circles, capacity development of the REFLECT circle participants, facilitators & trainers, development or website & listserve, conducting Ethnographic Action Research, experimentation with digital tools etc.
